The Planets - Saturday 8th May |

Join members of Orpington Astronomical Society on Saturday 8th May at the BEECHE (Nature Centre) at High Elms, beginning at 8:00pm to observe the planets Venus, Saturn and Mars as they rise into the evening sky.
There will be a talk to start with, and then, weather permitting, we will have an outdoor observing session. Suitable for children. Please wear warm clothes and shoes and bring a digital camera if you wish to take pictures through the telescope. There will be a longer talk if the weather is cloudy. |
